I went to Indonesia for a tour.

Indonesia Jakarta-Surabaya

From April 6th, I went to Indonesia for an inspection for inbound business.

Via Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, the capital
The first landing was Juanda International Airport in Surabaya, Indonesia’s second largest city.
Even though I drove to a hotel in the city of Ichiji, there was an unimaginable heavy traffic jam. It takes about 2 hours to travel just over a dozen kilometers.
The next day, I headed to the port of the inspection destination, but it took almost 5 hours to complete the 20km journey.
Surabaya is especially flooded with bikes.

While feeling the vibrancy of a three-seater or four-seater motorcycle passing in front of you,
It was a repetition of thinking about the future of our business, saying, “If a highway is built here …” and “If a railroad is built …”.

The next place I visited was Jakarta, the capital.
As expected, Date is not the second largest population in the metropolitan area.
When you step out into the town, you will see a wave of people, people, people … And cars, cars, cars …

The traffic was a little annoying, but the enthusiasm and liveliness was full of excitement.
The city of Jakarta is already crowded with skyscrapers, and it seems like it is in the center of Tokyo, but Jakarta’s first subway is under construction.
(By the way, the construction is a Japanese company), and we are in the middle of building and maintaining social infrastructure. I received the response that our business has enough ground to make a leap forward.

The number of people, the brightness, liveliness and heat of people. And it was this visit that I could fully feel the potential for the inbound business in the future.

It is a planned construction site for an oil complex on the outskirts of Surabaya, which is a 3-hour drive from the hotel in Surabaya.
Surabaya is now building a government-backed oil complex.

We were welcomed by the local residents at the beach and had a coconut-flavored curry.

Jakarta cityscape. Jakarta is a big city with many skyscrapers.

The population of the metropolitan area is the second largest in the world after Tokyo, and it is one of the largest megacities in the world, and the roads are full of cars.
Construction of Jakarta’s first subway is underway to improve heavy traffic congestion in the city.
